Been waiting for somebody to show up for 4 months. Keep saying that they'll show up. Then they never do, when they finally give out a time "between 3 and 5" never shown. This is ridiculous.

I booked this appointment and waited for over a month. When the technician arrived, he looked at the cracked stove top basically said “oh i can’t fix it, you can’t order the part,” which is a lie. I can google the the part and order it from homedepot. But he still took his 150$ labor fee. This company is a scam, find literally anybody else.

Our "expert" technician arrived at our home on May 23rd. Assessed our ice maker without even pulling the fridge out of its space and claimed to have diagnosed the problem. We paid him $430 and scheduled the repair for June 13th. That "expert" technician came out and installed the ordered part and left. Our ice maker remained not working. I placed a call and they scheduled another "expert" technician to come back out on July 10th to reassess our ice maker with a service window of 8am to 12pm and the possiblity of further monies needing to be paid for other parts and labor. At 9:30am on the day of the appointment the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for August 2nd. We are out $430 and still have no ice maker

While this should have been fixed back in may, and took too long… the service was great… but my previous appointment was canceled because your system didn’t notice that the part had already been delivered…i couldn’t contact a live person to explain this, so I had to wait 3 more weeks for a person to come install the part… stop over automating services, because this was unacceptable... The overall service when I had the second tech show up was great… this first tech didn’t read the notes on the problem and had no clue what was going on… the second guy was spot on…

THEY OVERBOOK, NO SHOW AND THEN GHOST YOU. Scheduled a dryer repair for May 3rd. Sears rescheduled for May 10th last minute. For 1pm 5pm window. No one showed up, no one called to say sorry were running late or can't make it. When I called just got bounced around to bots.

The technician never showed up and we didn’t receive any communication. We booked an appointment with them for fridge repair and they gave us a date for a week later. We waited for 6 days and then the technician did not show up and they have not sent us any response/information.

Highly unprofessional experience with a repair technician. We had a confirmed reservation for a repair, and both my wife and I stayed home to be available. We received no communication whatsoever from the contractor regarding whether they would be coming or not. The estimated arrival time kept being pushed back until after 5 p.m., at which point I contacted Sears for an update. They assured me that someone would be in touch within an hour, but as of now, we have not heard anything. Our entire day was wasted waiting for the repair person who never arrived.

Totally disgusted.The tech ordered parts for my refrigerator that I didn’t need. It just needed defrosted.Total rip off charged me 453 dollars for looking at it. They didn’t fix nothing and have the parts my refrigerator didn’t need!! Total scam!!
