Sal and James both spent the time needed to complete a diagnosis of the problem we were having with our dishwasher. Then, they said we would have 30 days to put the dishwasher through its paces to see whether some other condition presented itself as the cause. IF one did, they said, they would return. But in the end, it was their experience with appliance repair and how they conducted themselves that impressed us the most.
