Charles did his job well to repair my dishwasher. Sears itself was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER! It took 3 1/2 MONTHS, 14 calls to Sears & countless Lies from their outsourced reps that they would repair or replace it! I never got a call back even from the level 1 & level 2 Escalation units and the Replacement unit! Plus they rescheduled my repair appointment 3 times to string me along! They have the Absolute Worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with!!!

Dave narrowed down the issue in less than two minutes... Great job, until I tested the dryer the next morning. WRONG. I'm trying to get my money back for a job not done well.

Sal did a fantastic job. He was very professional, and kind. He knows his job very well. This is for my stove. Finally. No one fixed my dryer. I had to get someone else in to do my dryer because i get canceled all the time. I paid for the warranty which is expensive. And couldn't get it service. I payed 160.00 to someone else. And never got reimbursed. Got canceled 7 times on my stove. Now waiting for my washer to get fixed. They canceled me. They are to come today. We will see. Spent 50.00 in 3 weeks to the laundromat so far just washing. Brought home to dry. Have 2 year old and they don't care. There was no Jim at my house for dryer. Sal did come for stove after 7 cancelizations. But not Sal's falt..
