It was determined that I need a new washer or replace the motor which was costly. The washer was a little over a year old so it’s a bit disappointing but the tech was great. He did not take long to diagnose the problem and though I was hoping it was an easy fix, I would rate him five out of five.

Tech was highly professional and personable. They manage to diagnose the issue quickly and although in the case of my washing machine repair weren't economically sound I'd utilize Sears Appliance Repair again in the future.
