Jason B. Was very knowledgeable and courteous and when a TECHNICIAN IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD GET NOTIFIED I HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORK AND THE TECHNICIAN BEFORE WAS A NO SHOW JUST NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER IF I HAVE TO CANCEL I HAVE TO NOTIFY THE COMPANY 😡😡😡

Charles did a great job repairing our Washing machine! My feedback to Sears is to provide 4 hour windows for appointment. They did not show at all for first appointment and rescheduled. I waited 7 hours and lost money by taking day off. Definitely need improvement a in scheduling. It would also be nice to speak to a real person!!!
