Dave was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He gave us a refund for a part we didn’t need. He had another technician with him, but I don’t remember his name. He was nice too. I’m very pleased.

Tech was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great service. Downside was automated scheduling system leaves a lot to be desired. Hire real people to answer the phones. Not having actually people answering the phone might make the company money but put customer service first with fixing the phone system.
