Brent did a good job of diagnosing the issue quickly, making sure the dishwasher was working properly, and then showing us how to start it. The old dishwasher the door had to be closed, on this one the door has to be open to start it. Got an email when he was on his way. The only thing I wish the system did was give you an idea of when they may arrive for the appointment. They gave you a wide window of 8-5.

Bryan was very articulate and professional . He made me feel at ease while asking him questions. I appreciated his jokey manner. Very importantly I was informed about the schedule process which I thought was the same as years ago. Now I know to be patient whenever I need a technician. Of course, he had the patience of Job while dealing with my stubborn machine. Thanks Bryan
