Zero stars. David never showed up to look at my frigidaire dish washer. This is the 4th no show from this company. Over 25 phone calls and hours upon hours of waiting for my wife and I with no resolution in sight and no answers. Terrible experience!

A 5 minute visit costs $129.00. for them to tell me they can't fix it. Feels like a scam to me.

If you don’t have to use them, run away as fast and far as you can. Unfortunately, no one else in our region would repair a Kenmore Pro refrigerator so we are forced to deal with this incredibly incompetent repair service. Experience so far…. 1st appointment - repairman wrote up a repair quote and then tried a less expensive fix that had a chance to work without lengthy repair. Unfortunately, the fix lasted for about 3 hours but I’m actually fine with the attempt. 2nd appointment - never showed up and we were notified through email of a new rescheduled date. 3rd appointment - new repairman walked in and said they don’t work on this model and left. Spent 1.5 hrs on the phone trying to get an answer why this repairman wouldn’t try to repair and to get the original repairman to show up for next appointment. 4th appointment - original repairman (from first visit) wrote up repair and part quote and we paid for parts/service to move forward with repair. 5th appointment - never showed up and we were notified through email of a new repair date. 6th appointment - never showed up and we were notified through email of a new repair date. 7th appointment - never showed up and we were notified of new repair date 8th appointment - next week, we’ll see if they actually show up. Haha. So, we are now 7 weeks and 8 appointments, and counting, into the process of trying to get our refrigerator repaired.

I'm very unsatisfied with the service I am given from this company. We have been without a dryer since August it's now almost November. Everytime we reschedule the day right before they come out they cancel. This is very unprofessional. They might as well just replace the dryer for us instead of wasting our time with rescheduling appointments

Sears came in to look at my ice machine. Charged me $138 to tell me my refrigerator is 10 years old and repairing the ice machine for $600 doesn't make sense. I think they could have told me that over the phone instead of highway robbing me. Maybe it was the many English is NOT the 1st language agents I kept getting along the call.

I have had 4 visits for the same repair, and it is very difficult to get through the phone chain. Very poor. I’m now on month 4, and up to 6?service visits, 2 different parts replaced. Still not working. I just opened a new ticket but it will take a month to get back. Terrible

No one told us it's check or card NO CASH. We are seniors and we live on cash not credit. Your Tech never showed up on 7/9 then I had to wait until the 24th for service again and I still haven't gotten service. I will never renew with you again!
