The technician was absolutely great. The AI that is now control of scheduling making appointments dispatching is absolutely horrible. The AI canceled the appointment because the parts hadn't come in yet but I did have the parts that were mailed to me before the AI canceled. Then it rescheduled without asking when. I waited all day 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 2nd 2025...! They never called they never showed. The Sears AI no matter how many times I called or texted it said they were still on the way. So eventually I was able to reschedule for today December 9th 2025 where it was finally fixed. Only 18 days since I called. This is not an acceptable practice and this AI needs to go back to school. Maybe Sears needs to get a human to fix its AI because you can't get a human until they show up at the door after three missed appointments or two whatever it's ridiculous. JUST SAY NO TO SEARS AND A&E SERVICE UNTIL THEY FORCE THE ROBOTS OUT!

The only thing did not like is the time technician scheduled 8 to 12 and cane at 2pm
