Very friendly and also took the extra time to reattach the soap dispenser and thoroughly clean out layers of lint that I was unable to access. My dryer is now working better than ever. 5 stars.

Tom was excellent. He explained problem but was unable to fix the pump on the air conditioner drain. The two week wait for service was not good.
