We were scheduled for Saturday 8 to5. We're told he would be there at 5:05, then 5:30 then 6:55. No one showed up nor called. That is bad customer relations. Our 2nd tech on Monday was on time, efficient and excellent.

Sears Appliance Repair was assigned/scheduled through our home warranty service. Our repairman Tom S was wonderful. I was the 3rd stop of the day and was notified when he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator very quickly and was on the phone calling around for the part. Luckily they had it in stock, Tom went and grabbed it and was back installing it. The whole process was seamless and Tom had my refrigerator running again within a half hour. He was extremely polite and professional. I would use them again for any repairs needed.
