His knowledge of fixing the problem was good but his people skills need a refresher course. Was up set he dropped a screw and removed items from the freezer then found it and repaired ice maker. When finished he just up and started to leave and did NOT put frozen items back and just left..I said what about the old part and he said throw it away.....I had to ask him to thro it in the trash....he knows repair but dealing with people needs work...
