Tom was an EXCELLENT Technician. He was professional, and able to replace the needed part in my 10 year old Kenmore Air Conditioner. If I'm lucky, I may get another 5 years on this thing, thanks to Tom!

Marvin was able to get the ram of my trash compactor back up so the drawer could pull out. With the cost of a new one or new motor right now, will just use manually by pulling the drawer. Thank you for coming out so quick (especially since there was garbage in there!)
