Ryan and his assistant, were excellent. They were there when I got home from work, very friendly and busy working. If I asked a question, they took time to answer and didn't mind. They had gotten to my home at 2;30 and never finished until around 6:00. I appreciate all their concern, energy and work ethics. Barbara C.

When the the technician, Ken, arrived to analyze the dishwasher's problem it didn't take him very long to determine that it needed a new pressure sensor and he ordered it to arrive in a week for him to install. The repair appointment was was made but rescheduled twice. When Ken, the technician, did arrive he was gracious, outgoing and very professional as he was on the first appointment while installing the part quickly and efficiently. He ran the machine through a couple of cycles to insure it was working properly with the new part! Ken is a knowledgeable technician that represents Sears extremely well!

david bay came to service this same snow thrower shortly after i purchased it in 2015 he was great not only did he fix the problem he suggested the fuel to use he made sure i had a complete understanding of the snow thrower he is a keeper and an asset to your organization he is second to none
