Who cannot love an admire a truly professional dedicated genuine and soul. Not only did Jules fixed our washing machine he also enlightened us on proper maintenance which we neglected out of ignorance. Jules was nice enough to also provide maintenance for our dryer and now both are working wonders. Thank you

my units service contract expires this month and Sears won't renew it. Dave hourly fine tuned my 2o year old unit fixed a couple safety hazard issues and told me how best to operate it. He told me how to get out of warranty service next year

My broken Kenmore dryer was repaired and thoroughly cleaned today by Renford from Sears. He quickly assessed the problem, replaced the broken part, made repairs and also removed 15 years of lint caught within the base of the dryer. I love my dryer and am so pleased it's working properly again. I was able to get an appointment just a day after contacting Sears Home Services.
