He fixed it!!! I've had 2 or 3 other people here to fix it and they did not. But Mark did. And he was very nice and considerate. He listened to me and answered all of questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. Mark gets an A++++

Jules arrived on time Friday. For a reason unknown, the repair person scheduled for Thursday was a no show. I was not notified until 6pm Thursday that I needed to reschedule. Jules was on-time, professional and fixed the dryer problem. I appreciated his help. Thank you. Note: When Sears says the technician will arrive (ie on Thursday), I changed my schedule to accommodate Sears. It's frustrating when the repair person doesn't show up.
