Gas Dryer Cleaning Svcs
We needed our gas dryer serviced to check for a potential gas leak so we're ok to pay the upfront fee for diagnostic testing. No leak was found, but they were going to vacuum the inside and replace the belt. The up charge for the service was almost 3 times the diagnostic fees which was essentially 90% of the cost of a new dryer. I was a bit surprised. The technician was capable and polite.

Frank seems proficient in accomplishing the repair but apparently did not reattach the vent hose properly prior to leaving. His clean-up of the work site area needs improvement, as well.

Renford installed a new board in the washer. He did not wait test an entire cycle before he left to ensure washer is fully operational. After he left, we attempted to operate the washer. Unfortunately the washer stopped after 3 minutes into the cycle and wasn't working again. We had to arrange another new appointment for today. Hopefully, this time we will have better luck.

Made it worse
He came to fix the spring on the door and broke the hose and left us without a dishwasher for a whole week.

Fixing release pipe
He is a disgrace to Sears. I let him know when they replaced the broiler, they also added a new piece of pipe also. We heard the banging thru the floor. Only to see the steam rising up ceiling, water all over foor. He said we needed to call a plumber, for something Sears did. He said he wasn't going to fix it, and WALKED away. He was smiling and didn't wait till I finished talking to him. My son happened to come in, he was told to leave. Don't ever send him back here.

Never showed up and charged me!
Absolutely horrible customer service can't get in touch with anyone in the US and they didn't even show up for the appointment! And then the kicker they tried to charge me!

No service
Bunch of crap. Still refusing to work on it since it not hooked up but they took it apart not hooked up. Sears is getting worse than ever on customer support

Appointment
The range was taken apart and now I was informed that they can't work on the range if it's not hooked up. They took it apart in my garage and it was not hooked up. Some parts were deliver and now I have a range that doesn't work at all. Original issue was the probe
