David was very professional He gave me a price to repair and it was almost $700. This was to replace an intake valve on a Kenmore washer I googled the part listed and show David he agreed it was the right part and the price was $129 so needless to say I did not use Sears nor would I recommend them

Darren is an excellent and knowledgeable technician. He is friendly, and has excellent people skills. This is the second time we had him out for a washing machine issue covered by American Home Shield. They use Sears for certain appliances. Darren is a Sears technician. I would trust him to fix any appliance.

Technician couldn’t fix the problem because our oven was too old to have parts. But he was the kindest gentleman! Noticed my military medals on the wall and while he was working we talked and thanked me for my service (multiple times). I think he felt bad that he couldn’t fix it so he took me around and gave me tips on how to keep my other appliances in good shape. He was like an old school repairman from the 70’s when people really knew how to work on things.
