Horrible they ordered parts I didn't need. They did not come back to even do the work on my washer. I will never use Sears again.

I was able to schedule an appointment. ‘Chatting” with sales representative seemed redundant at times, nevertheless, the task was completed. Disappointed that the repair date is so far away (26 days) but I don’t have a choice.

My only complaint was my appointment was moved to later in the day. However my technician was great. He was courteous and professional. He was very efficient and quick and didn’t take up too much time and did excellent work

The labor price was way too high for 1 hour of work. It was over $300.00 for 1 hour of work. Also I could never speak live to someone about this. Everything is automated and trying to give a free personal security monitor. This was also automated. I suggest you hire some live customer service representatives to speak to your customers.

I was charged over three hundred dollars for two visits to fix the same problem on my dishwasher. That's just too much. The first visit the repairman fixed the upper rack, then had to order a part. He scheduled another visit to install the new part. I called Sears and asked if he could come after 10:30. He came at 9 which means he never got the message. I tried two times to call and reschedule that second visit and kept getting put on hold for a long time by the operator because she had to look up my information. I ended up scheduling the second appointment on line which worked out better but I was charged another $149.00 for that appt. why was I charged twice for the same problem?

The work was performed competently, and the dryer is now working very well. However, the initial appointment was not met. Scheduled for an 8 to noon arrival. The technician did not show and pushed the arrival back 3 x: first to 1:30 to 3:30, then 2:30 to 4:30, then 4 to 6, before cancelling. A new appt was scheduled without my input for 9 days in the future. I spoke with a supervisor, who rescheduled us for 2 days later, but that had to be changed because the dispatcher had not been consulted. The dispatcher then rescheduled me. That appt was met.
