Donald explained how, what and why about the washer drum draining correctly and current standards for amount of water used and pro/con for commercial products to use as cleaning agents. He fixed the bent front panel from banging and did overall check of the washer/dryer combo unit. Great service with pleasant casual attitude. Thanks much.

Mark came to try and fix a refrigerator however it needed a compressor and was not worth fixing. Mark seems very knowledgeable I took his time explaining what was happening with a refrigerator.
