Technician check two appliances. Explained what needed to be done. He was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts I needed and set up a new appointment. I wish their scheduling was better. Instead of an 8 am to 5 pm why can't it be for shorter lengths of time? Like 8-12 and 1-5 ?
