The repairman called to let me know how soon he would be here. He repaired my machine, explained what he did and the things to which I needed to pay attention. 20 year old machine works like new.

John from Sears did a maintenance check on our washer and dryer. He gave me several useful suggestions about controlling the bad smell in our Front-Loading Washer. He vacuumed the inside of our dryer and tested the heat settings. Very helpful
