Paul was fantastic! We've been with SEARS since 1993 & blessed to have had reputable & experience techs for our all our appliances. Miss the brick & mortar stores. Pray that we have up coming services just as well. Will be purchasing new Appliances on line. Will give future up dates.

Tyrell was incredible! We had some issues with the original appointment because of bad weather and he went well out of his way to come by and look at our refrigerator. He was courteous and kind and very efficient. I can't say enough about him. You could see that he genuinely cared that we had a working refrigerator. Very impressed! I would give him 6 stars if I could.
