The technician, Shyheim, was very polite, professional, and on time. He examined the range hood exhaust fan thoroughly, ultimately determining it would need to be replaced, as parts for it were no longer available. The replacement would luckily be covered by my Sears home appliances warranty. Top-notch service--great experience.
