Technician check two appliances. Explained what needed to be done. He was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts I needed and set up a new appointment for July 25th. I wish their scheduling was better. Instead of an 8 am to 5 pm why can't it be for shorter lengths of time? Like 8-12 and 1-5 ? Although, they were schelded to come on July 15th they rescheduled 4 times and I didn't get service until August 11th. Bothe technicians were great, knowledgeable and explained well.
