THE REPAIRMAN POSSESSED ALL THE QUALITIES A PROFESSIONAL SERVICEMAN SHOULD DEMONSTRATE, SUCH AS FRIENDLY, PRESENTABLE FIRST LOOK, CHECKED THE WHOLE BURNER SERVICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE NEED TO DO TO CORRECT MY PROBLEM. SEARS HAVE BEEN A LIFELONG NAME IN MY APPLIANCE PURCHASES. I AM STILL A MEMBER OF THE SEARS TEAM AND WILL BE FOR LIFE PROBABLY. THANKS TO ALL WHO SERVICE THE PUBLIC.
