The technician (Hectar) was very courteous and spent time ensuring that not only the dishwasher was fixed but ran a full cycle to ensure nothing hidden is lurking there that may lead to future troubles. Best part, he spent a lot of time with my kids who were very curious about what he was doing and he was very patient with them as well.
