Rec'ved excellent service, repair person answered my questions eagerly explained what his service actions and how it would improved the operation of my treadmill. Sears continues to send top notched service persons to my home to see about my appliances. I had my side-by-side refrig-freezer repaired several months ago and the service was excellent.
