Rec'ved excellent service, repair person answered my questions eagerly explained what his service actions and how it would improved the operation of my treadmill. Sears continues to send top notched service persons to my home to see about my appliances. I had my side-by-side refrig-freezer repaired several months ago and the service was excellent. Since the first repair man didn't have any of the parts needed for the repair he rescheduled the repair and ordered the parts which were home delivered the next day. My only negative comment is I wish Sears would stock their repair trucks with the necessary parts. The second appointment was scheduled for a week later. The second repair man came within the appointed time given to me. During the next hour and a half, he proceeded to replace the drive motor, the capacitor, and the gearcase. When he was finished I was presented with a printed receipt of what repairs were done and the cost (which in my case was covered by the extended warranty). I am very pleased with the repair service I received for my washer.
