We have a maintenance contract with Sears for our Samsung refrigerator. I call them annually to schedule the appointment (I have a reminder set up on my calendar), and they send someone out. The whole process is very efficient and easy. The repair/maintenance guy comes out right as scheduled, and calls to let me know he's on the way. We're very satisfied with it!
