I was very dissatisfied with our service to repair my dishwasher, which broke 1-13-17 & the 1st service call resulted in a misdiagnosis of the problem, which resulted in 3 additional service calls & days off work. I suggest that sears give the customer priority appointments when it is not repaired promptly. It took 4 visits before fixed on 2-13-17. I won't purchase another warranty from sears since they do not consider their longtime customers when scheduling the additional repair appointments. I won' be buying Kenmore any longer. finally 8 months later our dishwasher was fixed with a very competent service tech who took his time to really look and diagnose n fix the problem. Very happy now. 10-28-17.

The tech was friendly, professional ,clean and even offered to install the part for my range even though he was only there to repair the microwave !!! Pay attention Sears, train more of your technicians to conduct themselves in a way that would represent Sears in a more favorable light like this gentleman.
