Our repair technician was proficient in diagnosing, and repairing our Kenmore microwave. He discovered the door latch was worn, called in a part order, he went an picked up the part, returned and installed the latch. Problem solved.

The technician repaired our snow blower. He first called to tell us when he would be arriving, and then fixed the snow blower quickly. It needed a new auger belt, which he replaced, but he also changed the oil and added air to the tires, things we did not know we needed. He was pleasant and quick, and did the repairs we needed

I was expecting him to arrive, check out the stove, determine the problem, give me a price to fix it and make another appointment. Instead, he called and found out where he could pick up the part he needed, drove out and got it, brought it back and installed it. GREAT SERVICE from a reliable, capable, trustworthy American company!
