I have had my appliances since 1988 (washer, dryer and refrigerator) They all work well and are in great condition, because they have been serviced yearly by Sears maintenance technicians. They have also always been professional and leave their area clean.

received texts confirming appointment, repairman showed up on time and assessed parts needed, he ordered appropriate parts and set up next appointment, parts arrived prior to follow up appointment, job was completed timely and our dryer is back in working order
