The service person who came toy home was wonderful. However, I have a huge issue with Sears. I purchased 5 major appliances from Sears within 18 months. I purchased warranties for all of the appliances. But, somehow because I leased to buy the refrigerator, the warranty was not included in that purchase. Sears would not work with me at all and I had to purchase a lesser warranty for a higher price!!! Customer service sucks

My technician, Brian was very pleasant. He did all he could to find the problem but to no avail. On a positive note my washer is working like nothing ever happened. Brian gets 5 stars.

The Sears technicians are always pleasant and competent. It is not their fault that they are over scheduled. Since I always have to take 1/2 day off from work, the time window is really important to me. This week the time window was between 10-2. The tech arrived at 3:15. Two weeks earlier the time window was 8-12, and I had to cancel and go back to work at 1:00. This almost always happens, and we've had service contracts on all of our appliances for many years. I will not be renewing our service contracts.

Two appointments required to repair my Bosch dishwasher. First was to diagnose and then a part had to be ordered. Making that appoitment was not easy, though. Tried to schedule online - coulnd't. Called and the person on the phone asked me to install an app. Sorry, no. Website and reminder emails said that I could check online for a shorter appointment window but there was no place to find out that information. The 4-hour window was all that I could find on the Home Services website. Second appointment - still couldn't get info on the approximate time of arrival for the technician - went very smoothly.

While the technician was a nice guy, I think they should have told me that the price for him to come out was $165. The price to fix my stove top was almost what I paid for the entire oven and range!!!!

Don’t recommend Sears - poor communication / no live support and tech would not complete repair my husband had to complete reinstall of dishwasher / we had 19 mo old dishwasher with warranty from GE - don’t buy extended warranty- it took 3 weeks to get this fixed

My washing machine has been kicking up black mold and I’ve disabled it to try to clean it. There is one bolt that I am not strong enough to unscrew so I hired a repair man to help. He was polite but unhelpful. His supervisor basically told me to just run it with soap. I was able to disassemble it more than he was and I am a 20 y/o girl with no experience in appliances.
