While my technician did a good job explaining what needed to be done and gave good advice. My overall experience is a 1 and I will not recommend or refer anyone to your service. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times! I the only thing I received was empty promises. No one was proactive in communicating with me. I had to keep contacting the company. I am a dissatisfied customer. All just to learn that it would be more cost efficient to purchase a new machine rather than fix the old one. My customer experience was horrible and unexcusable.

The repair man refused to repair the oven for I made the repair too time consuming and or too complex by taking too many parts out of the oven. So, I fixed it myself.

Tried to call to get on the schedule to fix a dryer, 5 minutes later still getting transferred to people who barely speak English and want to ask a million questions that have nothing to do with getting me on the schedule. So I called another company and they get right to the point. Coming out tomorrow to fix it.

Supposed to be here today, no show because it was not scheduled ????? So now I have to wait 2 more weeks 😩

Showed up at my doorstep two hours before the repair window, took a picture of my front door, and then left, without any attempt to establish contact with me. Soonest reschedule was two weeks later. Will never use again.

Mark ALWAYS provides EXCELLENT service on the 2 occasions he has come to my home. I have NOTHING but ACCOLADES for the work he does in a timely and professional manner! As for A&E, this is the WORST service I have EVER experienced. Especially, since it is connected to the Sears name! You are a bunch of liars, who ordered extra parts, which I took a picture of to delay getting my refrigerated repaired because your company is "short-handed." I hate how you send emails and text messages but do not allow for the customer to respond. YOU ARE A FRAUD AND A SHAM AND YOU SHOULD BE SHAME OF YOURSELF FOR HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! HAVE NOT YOU HEARD, "HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY?" And, then you ordered EXTRA PARTS TO MAKE IT SEEM AS IF MY REFRIG NEEDED ADDITIONAL PARTS, to COVER UP FOR YOUR TECH NOT SHOWING UP ON THE DESIGNATED DATES AND TIME. PLEASE REPORT AND REFUND MY SERVICE CONTRACT WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD FOR THE ADDITIONAL PARTS! I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR PARTS I DID NOT USE! I MISSED 3 FULL DAYS Without Pay because of your Shenanigans! You need a better service instead of having customers wait from 8 am-5 pm. There should be a 4 hours window. If the technician is running late, then the customer should be notified. NOT play games, and make it seem as if the Customer did not respond to your request. I PRAY I do not need your service EVER AGAIN!

Absolutely worthless. Took a day off work to wait for a repair technician for an 8am-noon appointment. No one showed up and it was not possible to get anyone on the phone. Finally had to leave at 3pm. Tech apparently showed up around 4pm. Disrespectful and terrible communication.

If I could give a zero I would... 8:00- 5:00 window... waited all day. no show and call. No human customer service and then rescheduled me automatically for another day. HELLOOO I have a job. I can not just take days off because your repair man wants to go home. This place sucks!

Like other reviewers wrote down here, these people are extremely unprofessional and damaging . They missed 3 appointments without any notification. That already shows disrespect and unprofessional. When they finally showed up , Brian was so rude and unhappy and before he even saw the dishwasher he already talked to me as if I am an idiot who does not know how to use a dishwasher even though I already used a dishwasher for 20 years and never encountered any problem like the one I was having. I just moved to this house and the previous owner probably did not use it right . Brian ended up fixing nothing . He literally did other than insulting me and blaming everything on me for a dysfunctional dishwasher. Brian flooded the floor when he was here. I thought it was because he was fixing something but no, now each time I run the dishwasher, it floods the floor . It damages the floor and the basement. Thief calls thief . Someone who doesn’t know how to repair anything calls their customer idiot . Do not . Repeat. Do not use their service . It damages your house plus their way of treating you like a trash will only traumatize you. I was being kind to Brian but I was stabbed from the back because he doesn’t know how to fix a dishwasher so he has to tell everyone that I am an idiot who is too stupid to know how to load a dishwasher. If you can’t do your job , please just quit instead of attacking customer for something they did not do. Please fix the dishwasher and also the damage to the house.
