Great guy to work with. I appreciated his taking the time to show all the parts in the dryer, both good and the defective parts. Did a sound check before he left to make sure the dryer was quiet as possible

My technician was great! It took him no time to diagnose and then come back and fix the washer! My only concern is the contract I purchased is a little pricey with Sears!
