The tech was friendly, professional ,clean and even offered to install the part for my range even though he was only there to repair the microwave !!! Pay attention Sears, train more of your technicians to conduct themselves in a way that would represent Sears in a more favorable light like this gentleman.

Repairman came out to troubleshoot washer issue and ordered parts immediately. Informed me parts would ship directly to my home & scheduled date & time he would return to repair unit. He arrived promptly both times, was courteous & washer works better than ever. Extremely happy with Sears Appliance Repair.
