We have used Sears once before and have found that they provide an affordable, quality appliance repair service. Their technicians are professional and very skilled. The repairman was at my house for less than a half hour. I will continue to use Sears.

My problem was fixed pretty fast. I felt the labor charge was a little high considering how long the repair took. Overall, I'm satisfied because my ice maker is back up and running. This was 5 stars for the service and technician and 3 stars for the pricing.
