I got an hvac, mini splint system put in last year. And the mini splint in my room was spitting out uce within the first 2 months after it was installed. The technician came out and 6 months later it was doing it again. I emailed the rep I was working with and she no longer works with the company. My mini splint is now spitting out water and destroyed my walls and night stand. I had an appointment scheduled last week and they had to reschedule for 2wks, and that appointment has been rescheduled also. This is ridiculous.

Will not renew again, I lost money and time dealing with this company. Each time I have call for service my appointment is canceled by the technician without notifying me. I took a day off work and waited the allotted 4 hours for the technician and no call now show. I was told to reschedule when I called to get the technician ETA. I realize now what is going on. If you have a Sears plan like me, you are put on the "cancel at anytime list of customers". You see they cancelled my appointment and gave it someone who is not on the Sears repair plan, which means more xtra money in their pocket. That's not cool. I believe it's called double dipping? The worst part about it is, a Sears truck did show up, same day, same time, but not at my home someone around the corner. I was livid and still am.

The button that controls the filtered water to fill a glass, broke. We called in the problem around September 15. Sears scheduled a technician to come out 5 days later between 1 and 5 PM on September 21. We expected Sears Appliance Repair. Sears was too busy ... and without telling us sent a G&A appliance repair technician who did not seem to know what the exact part was that was needed, and appeared unfamiliar with the refrigerator. There was no indication that he was not from Sears, and he never said he was from G&A (Shame on us for not asking for an ID). He told us he ordered the part and we would be called within 5 days to schedule installation. We did not hear anything for nineteen days. On 10 October, we called Sears to find out the status of the situation. We were told the technician that came out to our house was not from Sears and we should call G&A to find out about the part. G&A did not answer their phone and their voicemail box was full. We called Sears back, who called G&A and found the same. Sears checked and found that the part had been lost. Sears said they would send an email to us by end of the day, or next day Oct 11, with details of how to proceed. We never received an email. Two days later, about 9 AM on October 12, I got a phone call with no warning from a fellow telling me he would arrive shortly to install the part. "Shortly" he said was 20 minutes. He came and installed the part in about 10 minutes. Four weeks to complete a ten minute simple replacement of a poorly designed filtered water control button!! Too many phone calls to figure the whole thing out. Poor execution on an expensive warranty by Sears and G&A.

The 1st repair man (A) came out quickly to check our washing machine - he tightened a bolt, left within about 8 minutes. The first time we ran a load of clothes the same problem occurred (loose "wash plate"). We called, SEARS sent a different repair man out about 5 days later - he checked it, said that some part was stripped and had to order a part. He was scheduled to revisit on a Friday - the part arrived on Thursday. We didn't know that it was necessary to notify SEARS of its arrival. So, on Friday morning we called, were told they'd have to reschedule to the following Monday. On Monday, repair man #A arrived, said the problem "was obvious" and installed the new part in about 10 minutes. So our machine was out of commission for more than 2 wks from our first call, otherwise, the service was fine.

We needed a handle replaced on the door to my dryer. It was eventually fixed, but not with the correct color. We called to set up the repair call, we gave what we believed to be the part number after doing a little online research. They said they needed to send someone out, to asses in order to get the correct part. The appointment was set up for an afternoon slot. Near the end of the projected time slot, the service person called, asked what we needed, then told us he would order the part and we would have to set up an appointment for another day. Half a day wasted! The part came in the mail, it was white, not blue/grey. The service person did come during the promised window and did the repair in about 10 minutes. The individual who came to the house was courteous. The system is totally dysfunctional and very disappointing.

The technician didn't believe me when I told him I had added rinse aid two days ago. I was insulted! He continued to state that I couldn't have added rinse aid to the dishwasher. I didn't purchase a warranty to be treated disrespectfully by a service technician. Every technician has different advice, also. There is no consistency in their suggestions as to the best detergent to use, where to place the detergent, etc. Who trains these people? I think they are just plucked off the street to fill a need for technicians. I've only had 2 technicians over the past 2 years and MANY, MANY SERVICE CALLS who seemed to know what they were doing.

After being told that after 1 more attempt to fix my refrigerator that i would get a new one, they told me there were only 2 attempts. Now they say I have to wait again for another repairman. I NEED HELP!

The job got done but it was on their time not mine. I made an appointment for them to return and on the day they told me that they won't be coming back because the parts hadn't been delivered I didn't know the parts were going to be delivered to my house and when I told them the parts were there they told me their system didn't show the parts were there so I couldn't get the appointment on the day I originally made. I had to reschedule the appointment and lose a whole day's pay
