Frankly, quite dissatisfied. The Technician was very pleasant but admitted he had never worked on or seen dryer we have (Master Chef Model MCSDRY1S) and then could not access the part needed so recommended we simply by a new Whirpool dryer as ours is "unfixable". We then paid the $136 repair fee. I then went online, found the part at Master Chef's web site and ordered it for $29.95 and when I receive it will have it installed or do it myself. Thanks for nothing.

They got the job done but it was ungodly expensive. A 55 dollar part and one hour worth of work cost almost 350 dollars. I've paid lawyers less per hour then their repairmen. Next time I'll just go buy a new rather then pay there overpriced service.

no issues, except repairman not in uniform and did not have any identification. In today's environment, both of these items should be required by any reputable business and their employees.

The A/C Heater tech was on time, called ahead, did his work and said my ice maker would start working again and I'd have ice in an hour or so. But it never did start working again. I called Sears again, best appointment I could get was in 18 days. They should come right back out and fix it.

Sears appliance repair sent George, who was knowledgeable and kind. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Sears, however, sold us a fridge that catastrophically failed after 3 years and expects us to pay half of the purchase cost in labor fees to fix it. Kenmore is a bad product line and Sears should be ashamed of their policies in supporting their sale. I will not be purchasing from Sears again.

The Washing machine does not spin all the water out of the clothes... they are much more wet than they've ever been. Also, i would have wanted the Technicians to explain the differences in the repair vs what was there. Example: The agitator is taller/higher than the old one... i worried that the lid wasn't closing all the way. Also, the spin cycle sounds differently than the previous one. We wondered if the machine would break down as we did laundry. Finally - the clothes spin cycle doesn't remove all the water from the clotes.

I would love to comment on the quality of the repair on my Samsung Washer, but the repair scheduled for today did not happen. Despite multiple texts w/confirmations, links to track technician (which did not give anything other than a vague 8am-5pm time window most times I checked), there was neither technician nor communication until 5:37pm when the AI assistant texted me informing me that no one would appear today and offering 4 more options, each with another 9 hour window. (As the window approached 5pm, I had tried calling the various numbers listed, attempting to get a human, but was always sent to AI. When I requested a human, the AI assistant asked what a human could do for me that she couldn't (!) and said that the contacts were now completely handled by AI.). I had purchased the unit from Sears and have been pleased with their repairs in the past, but the lack of information and human interactions are going to send me elsewhere.

I called AHS & canceled this appointment & canceled it online. I also called Sears & got AI Samantha & cancelled it with her. 5 minutes ago Nikita B. showed up. I told him the appointment had already been canceled through the proper channels. He then when on to ask me about my washer, dryer etc. Now he is trying to do a sales pitch. He showed up in a car didn't appear to have any tools with him. On Tuesday they asked for model number & brand of microwave so they can bring the items they may need to repair the microwave. I would not recommend this company for further business.

Individual Michael was helpful and did a good job. But BUYER BEWARE - our appointment was on Monday between 1-4, no one showed up, called, emailed or texted. I had to make another appointment to get them to install the part I had already ordered. Totally virtual, you never get a person or an email response. So technicians are nice, polite and thorough but this company is horrible to work with.

No stars is not an option unfortunately Was given a 11 hour window for repair man to come last Tuesday No show no call. Notified at night that the appointment would be continued to the next day on Wednesday Was given a seven hour window on Wednesday No show no call. Was told past the time of the appointment that the person was near my house, but still never showed So it added on a few extra hours of waste of time I really don’t understand how you people can stay in business
