Gave me diagnostics came back put in the part said it doesn’t work. They don’t know what to do. Still charged me $160 Diagnostic fee Trash company

Repair was done last year under warranty. But two months later a large heavy box of washing machine parts was delivered to my home. I have called and called. Left message people stated someone will pick up. Nobody has showed up. Now Sears put me in with debt collector . Charging me for these parts I didn't order. They sent me a letter the parts or pay 171.00. So now their messing up my credit. I don't know what else to do. The box is large and very heavy. This is not the same company. HELP!!! I've sent letters to the company too.

Schedule an appointment for my washer repair. I was Given a window 8am to 4pm. I took off work because of that time frame. Only to get a text cancelling my appointment. They offered a reschedule date two days later with the same 8-4 window. I took Off work again. They sent me a text ri say the tech was on the way at 10am. Then another at 2:30 saying they will be there at 3. 4pm rolled around and they cancelled again on me. Two days missed of work and still do t have a working washing machine. Save yourself time and call a different repair company.

Steer clear of these idiots! The soonest they could get out to fix AC issues was a week out. Then the day came and they gave a “window” of 8-5. That’s not a window, that’s an entire day!! At 5, we were notified that they were rescheduling us for another 16 days out!! Save time and aggravation and call someone else! There is a reason Sears went out of business!

George is extremely professional and friendly. 7/15/24 Update: Completely unhappy. Appliance still not working. Self-Scheduled a service appt for 7/15 due to problem not being fixed. No call, no show for appointment. Not able to get in touch with a human. Sears automatically rescheduled me for two weeks out. Ongoing problem with refrigerator. Definitely, poor service.

I waited around my house all day on July 3rd and NEVER heard from your air conditioner technician as to the status of my claim. We are in the middle of a heat wave and I have no air. Your tech DID NOT have the common courtesy to communicate with me on the status of my service call. I called at 4pm on July 3rd since I never heard from your tech and was told to give the tech until 8pm. Still no tech and no communication. I will NEVER use your services again nor will I recommend you to ANYONE. Communication is key. All it took was for you send an email, text or phone call to notify me of the status. You failed miserably.

This is a fly by night operation. I had a refrigerator problem. A repairman came and said I needed certain parts. He insisted that I leave a deposit and he had Sears Home Services order the part which he told me would definitely arrive at my home before the appointment we set up for the repair. It did not. Sears rescheduled and again it did not arrive. It is almost impossible to speak to a human. Most of the telephone numbers listed for the firm have been disconnected. All of those remaining connect to the same robot which cannot transfer your call to a human. If the parts needed for the repair do not arrive on my doorstep by Friday, June 28th I will rescind the payment I made by credit card so that I can get my money back. Sears Home Service appears to be a scam and is not to be trusted

Do not schedule an appointment with these people . Especially , if you take off and wait and they call an hour before the closed window . Lossy customers service and I would not recommend anyone to this place .

Don't get them. They came to fix my refrigerator it worked for a week and broke ON me I called them said they ordered the part . It was the wrong part. I am still with out a refrigerator and that have not did anything I am call the Bbb on them ...... this is said
