I had it repaired twice for the temperature going too high, but the issue is still there.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. REPAIRMAN WAS IN & OUT IN UNDER 10 MINUTES, CLAIMED THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, BUT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR A WEEK AND A HALF . WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE I WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD THAT THERE WAS NONE AVAILABLE, BUT THAT THEY WOULD BE GIVEN A MESSAGE TO CALL ME. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. WE ARE THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH SEARS & THEIR SO-CALLED SERVICE.

Horrible. I haven't had a freezer for a month. I called to have it repaired it took nearly a week to get an appointment. They came out and diagnosed-I had to take the day off. They had to order a coil and compressor and reschedule for the following week. No one told me the parts would come to my house. A compressor is very heavy. I took another day for two techs to come out the following week to repair the freezer. The only good thing is that techs we on time. They left, the following day a noxious gas emitted from my refrigerator along with hot air. Not only was my freezer inoperable, so was my refrigerator. I had spoiled out $200 of food in the freezer and now another $200 in the fridge. I called for emergency service only to be told I'd have to wait 4 days; over a weekend. Due to previously planned travel for work I was not available for the following week except for one day, which they could not accommodate. I now have to go 2 weeks before a repair tech can come out. It took 5 calls and 10 reps to speak to a supervisor. They've offered me $50 in credit at Kmart or Sears to purchase food that I cannot store or towards a mini fridge. I said this is "inhumane" and I was told it's my fault because I am not available sooner. I have a $1000 warranty for full coverage and this has to happen 2 more times for me to get a replacement. By the time we are done, I will be without a fridge for two months. Don't buy their products or their service. They're incompetent!

Experience absolutely terrible! Shopped around prior to being referred to Sears . Picked out refrigerator paid cash and was told the one I picked would be delivered today😡received s call Tuesday saying could not be delivered. Requested funds back and headed to store. Appliance Manager stated appliances delivered by outside contractors and cancelled delivery🤔funds had to be refunded in form of check. No fridge no money to go elsewhere. Disgusted ! Will never go back. Tried for 2 hours this am to get store Manager no luck. Hmmmmm😡😡😡😡😡😡

My husband took off from work and waited for the service man to come to our house to repair our dryer. My husband when on the porch and seen the Sear's service truck up the street, meanwhile the phone rang he when back into the house and it was service repair man asking my husband for the correct address. My husband told him he was on the porch and seen the truck, and he was on the right street just to come down mid way and he would see him on the right hand side of the street. By the time my husband got to the front door the service man was driving past our house. It took us about a week to get ay someone else to come out and repair our dryer. Another day my husband lost from work. Sears should be made to people that take off from work and sit all day for them not to show up, as much money as we pay for the warranty

Your service was good when I first used you guys. OH HERE COMES THE HORRIBLE PART .. Then you sold me a Warranty that covers all the appliances in my house. I can say you straight up LIED to me about the Warranty. Which had an initial cost then a payment every month. I told you my Husband was sick and on disability and could not help me with repair stuff. You said this Warranty will be great. We( Sears Serviceman) will come out immediately if you have a problem. OH BIG LIE Well today I woke up to find both the refrigerator and freezer not working. I had just filled the freezer with a huge order. Called the number on service contract at 6 am. On Hold. Comes back there is no one available in our network to fix it today. I said what about the Sears Repair Service in Media that I used before. Oh she says if you want a SEARS REPAIRMAN THEY ARE NOT COVERED IN THE CONTRACT....WHAT WHAT, YOU LIED TO ME GUYS WHEN YOU SOLD ME THE WARRANTY. It is 4:30pm still have not heard when anyone is coming. YOU TOLD ME WE WOULD BE THERE RIGHT AWAY WHENEVER YOU NEED US. Oh forgot to say at 8:30am called again they upped our status to medical high priority and said someone would be there very soon. So I did get dry ice. Lost all my food. Also no one ever came. Another issue the door the ice maker is in is hot to the touch even after being unplugged. I have been on the phone for hours to get advice because I am worried about a fire. Robot lady on phone says if it catches on fire that is not in the Warranty. I said what is If happens at night and we all die. Robot lady says sorry death is not covered either. I said if have the fire company come and they just pull apart the door does that nullify the Warranty. Puts me on hold for 20 minutes, comes back, I can’t find anyone to answer that. Finally someone, a repair shop took our claim, I kept calling and calling , to get a time. They never called back. Just could an email from them. They might come tomorrow, but get this it might only be to diagnose the problem, remember they aren’t Sears, in the Email it says they have 1 to 5 days to fix it NOT IN CONTRACT YOU LIED AGAIN. Also warns above the 75 dollar deductible be prepared to by for parts not covered. ANOTHER LIE YOU TOLD ME ALL PARTS WHERE COVERED! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE SEARS CONTRACT FOR ANYTHING! TOTAL SHAM!!!!!! I THINK I AM GOING TO PUT THIS WARNING ON WALLINGFORD NEXTDOOR TO WARN PEOPLE.. THAT IS IF I AM STILL ALIVE BECAUSE THE HOUSE COULD BURN DOWN TONIGHT FROM THE REFRIGERATOR CATCHING ON FIRE

After spending over $400 to repair my Craftsman riding mower, Sears never fixed the problem, just replaced two tires. The problem is the axle turns at a 90 degree angle thus it snaps off the front tires.
