took a month to repair a 6 yr old ge washing machine .they took 3 weeks to ship the part to my house but keep sending repair people who thought it was here..Customer service hung upon me twice.One rep said someone would call never did and when i call after the fix to get some type of explaination he hung uo p on me

your service is brutally bad! your scheduling department couldn't get any worse. I don't know how many times I sat and waited for your people and you never show up. this time you finally showed up but didn't have the part.....OH there is a surprise. this is the reason Sears, once one of the great companies in our country, will go out of business. I have 3 rental properties, all with Sears appliances and service contracts, totaling about 20 appliances and it is the same with every appliance. I WOULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS BUT IT WON'T LET ME POST WITHOUT GIVING YOU AT LEAST ONE STAR. YOU DON'T DESERVE THAT MANY!!!

i was offered a 30.00 dollar gift card for my incovenience. I did not receive it online or in the mail.. Notified your company 2 times. still nothing yet. Where is your trust and what is your word worth? nothing. Still waiting P.S I work for Sears in Home Appliances, what a joke. Susan Price

The Problem we Have had with Sears is sending different repair personnel who often differ with their diagnosis of the problem with our appliance. One tech came and checked out the appliance electronicaly and order parts which were delivered. The tech who came to install the new parts was not the same person who ordered the parts. He said "I don't know why he sent all these parts." Our particular model of refrigerator has been problematic since day one. This year alone there were four (4) service calls. Sears and Samsung know that their is a problem with this model RF267TDRS and their is a class action lawsuit against Samsung. The design of this refrigerator defrost system is totaly flawed.

I am glad that the service man came out the next day in the morning but had this same service man properly cleaned the boiler on November 29, 2017 my 84 year-old mother and I would not have had to sleep in a freezing home. We would not have experienced the fumes or black smoke coming out of my smoke stack alarming a friend driving pass my house. I paid for protection and thought I was ready for the winter months. In the future please make sure there is a vacuum cleaner on all service trucks. The man didn't have one on November 29 neither did he have it when he came on Dec. 22, 2017. He had to leave and come back. I was truly inconvenienced four times - On the original service date the service man came after five o'clock(I thought everything was ok) - on Dec 21 my 84 year old mother was home with my grandson and was scared because of the fumes and smoke - I was out of town when all of this happened and had to get home and make the call to get service and lastly,- on the 22nd because I had to wait for the service man to return with a vacuum. I was due to serve the homeless their Christmas lunch. I said all this to say I am not satisfied.

Boiler still not working. I need some help with this problem. Sears doesn't seem to care if I freeze to death!!!!

Strictly HORRIBLE took technician 4 attempts (4 visits)to fix 3 components on my hot water tank 1the burner 2 thermo coupler and 3 the electric box and I had to pay $200 for this crap and all Sears had to say was sorry here is a $30 gift card to use inside Sears or online BIG JOKE! I will NEVER A USE SEARS HOME WARRANTY SERVICE AGAIN!
