I have the master protection plan and it took me six weeks to get a service man out to my house who fixed my oven in 30 mins. I spent more then 5 hours on hold and was disconnected 3 times. It was the worst experience I have had with service of any kind. I will not be buying anything else from sears. When my MASTER PROTECTION plans is up don't contact me. IF ANY THING YOU SHOULD COMPENSATE

They wanted over 300 dollars just to cross the threshold of my house. If nothing else happened they were still walking away with all that money. I couldnt do it.

Sears appliance repair came into my home to replace a part on my LG refrigerator. My freezer wasn’t getting as cold. I was told the blower was bad. The tech Dimitrius who came was polite and cleaned up his mess. However after he “repaired” the freezer, I woke up the next morning with a non working fridge and freezer. Everything was thawed and my freezer & fridge were hot. I called for an immediate repair and they gave me an appointment 2 1/2 weeks out. I still have no fridge. They’re the worst. Their agent broke my appliance and now I’m supposed to patiently wait without a fridge.

I did not receive any service. The technitian did not show up. I waited and when it got close to the window closing, we called. We were told that there was no record of any scheduled service. I have emails from Sears telling me that the service was set up and when to expect my technitian.

Find a local repair team!! I had Sears out to look at my washer and was told it needed a new motor and that it would cost $500. No mention about the sign on the front of the washer that says there’s a 10 year warranty on the motor!! After the repairman left I called LG to find out about the warranty. They need an email contact and the service report. I’ve been on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to get this. I’m being passed around to people in an overseas call center and can’t get a straight answer or the information I need and paid $125 for!!

This service is terrible. I paid for an oven repair and service agreement, then couldn't get a technician to do the job. We had no shows and cancellations. I canceled and feel like reporting to the Better Business Bureau,.

The repairman was very professional and explained the problem well. He replaced the broken parts and left. After 4 days we found out he forgot to reattach the vent to the back of the dryer. The laundry room was extremely hot. The walls, door and cabinets were perspiring and the room smelt like natural gas odor. This was extremely unsafe and unhealthy. I do not recommend this service.

Waited 3 weeks to have our refrigerator repaired. That was bad enough but it still is not cooling properly or making ice one day after the repair. Now they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks to have it looked at again. Unacceptable. I will never buy a Kenmore (LG) product in the future.

Repairman was supposed to at my home on 9/18/2020 between the hours of 10:00 n 2:00, 1:40 I called to see if the guy was still coming and was told he was at another job and that he was coming to my house afterwards. Then at 2:20 I had to use the restroom n while I was in there he called by the time I came back he hung up, I checked my caller ID for his number n all it said was private number. I then called his office n was told that they was going to text him. I then waited until 4:00 n I called the office back n was told that he was at another job n that he was definitely still coming. Well it is 7:35 now n still no repairman, if this is how they treat their customers I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Thank God I hadn't paid them anything yet.
