The tech came and handled everything great and resolved the issue. My complaint is about scheduling. They only give a Full a day 8-5, and not 4 hour window for scheduling. This doesn’t work well for my work schedule. If my home Warrantee wasn’t picking the vendor who works on my appliances, I would for to a different service company for the reason stated above.

The repairman seemed to find the problem causing our refrigerator to stop workingand then quoted a repair price of over $800 which we decided not to accept due to the age of the refrigerator. That meant we were charged over $140 for the appointment. Then we were told we could only use our credit card over the phone, but we don't like doing that. No bill was given to us.Then the repairman acted like a salesman for Kenmore and for appliance insurance. We wanted to research refrigerator costs rather than make any commitment right away. All in all, it was not a great experience.

Called for broken ice maker when tech came diagnosed the issue removed and replace old ice maker but failed to cut water back on to see if there would be leaks or even if it worked I don't know maybe it's just me but I think that if something's broken you would want to make sure that it's working before you leave now I probably got to call somebody else to turn the water back on to make sure everything doesn't leak

There are TOO many hoops I had to jump through before getting a technician scheduled! (Vincent was great - professional and knowledgeable!) To go through "Findmynumber" website or whatever is called was crazy! The company listed to service my area was in Philadelphia and they told me, they do not service my area, which made since being that I live two hours away! However, I didn't find out they didn't service my area until I called them to check on the status of their arrival because it was late in the afternoon - 3pm! SMH! THIS SHOULD BE A SHOULD BE SEAMLESS PROCESS! PLEASE make the necessary changes asap!

1st repair date determined 3 parts were needed. 2nd repair date determined the parts would not fix the microwave and the unit needed to be replaced. After the service call, the Sears Repairman failed to alert American Home Shield. We still don't have a microwave and it's been broken since the last week of December. Terrible!!

Appointment scheduling through system AI was impossible. Parts delivered to work site but never recognized by SYSTEM , caused numerous rescheduling of appointmens. Two week delay in repair!

9/20/25 - All of the technicians have been kind, courteous, highly skilled, great at diagnosing the issue if there isn't an error code involved, and today he had the part that was needed with him. I appreciate the fact that nothing needed to be ordered and had my large family up and running again. 9/27/25- This is a part 2 of my review. While whatbi wrote previously still stands my wash machine was not completely repaired on 9/20. My machine would not run a complete cycle, it stopped at the rinse and spin. So I had to open up another service ticket. Originally set for the 25th, Sears canceled, rescheduled for 26th and they canceled again, rescheduled for the 27th and James made it to me. Reset the machine, ran a short cycle it worked in front of him but the moment he left and immediately started a load it happened again, the same issue, the machine is not running through a complete cycle. Now I have schedule another call😤😤 12/5/25 Welp I am still having the same issue with my wash machine even after several major parts being replaced, two calls to samsung, tech calls to Sears tech support (which are not help to anyone), my wash machine has still not been deemed unrepairable. Thank God for my slowly fading patience. I will call back every week until Sears either repairs the machine or writes to the contract people that they cannot get the machine to operate properly.
