Vincent serviced our refrigerator. His troubleshooting skills made the repair seamless to finish. Even tho Ice cube maker parts were incorrect.....he resourcefully located the correct part and installed. Vincent is a true troubleshooter and NOT just a parts replacer.

Gas Stove
Excellent technician. Kept in communication on his arrival time. Did a great job determining if the problem was with the stove or gas line into the house. Turned out the stove is fine. Now working with UGI to ensure there aren't issues with the incoming lines to the house.
