1st repair date determined 3 parts were needed. 2nd repair date determined the parts would not fix the microwave and the unit needed to be replaced. After the service call, the Sears Repairman failed to alert American Home Shield. We still don't have a microwave and it's been broken since the last week of December. Terrible!!

Appointment scheduling through system AI was impossible. Parts delivered to work site but never recognized by SYSTEM , caused numerous rescheduling of appointmens. Two week delay in repair!

9/20/25 - All of the technicians have been kind, courteous, highly skilled, great at diagnosing the issue if there isn't an error code involved, and today he had the part that was needed with him. I appreciate the fact that nothing needed to be ordered and had my large family up and running again. 9/27/25- This is a part 2 of my review. While whatbi wrote previously still stands my wash machine was not completely repaired on 9/20. My machine would not run a complete cycle, it stopped at the rinse and spin. So I had to open up another service ticket. Originally set for the 25th, Sears canceled, rescheduled for 26th and they canceled again, rescheduled for the 27th and James made it to me. Reset the machine, ran a short cycle it worked in front of him but the moment he left and immediately started a load it happened again, the same issue, the machine is not running through a complete cycle. Now I have schedule another call😤😤 12/5/25 Welp I am still having the same issue with my wash machine even after several major parts being replaced, two calls to samsung, tech calls to Sears tech support (which are not help to anyone), my wash machine has still not been deemed unrepairable. Thank God for my slowly fading patience. I will call back every week until Sears either repairs the machine or writes to the contract people that they cannot get the machine to operate properly.

The technician was great but the customer service is horrible. You can’t get a live person on the phone. Their AI phone services can’t get basic things correct. They will cancel/reshedule you and you don’t have much say other than a text message. Stay away from this company. I won’t ever use them again.

The first time, he fixed the washer but the dryer is still not working. So now I have clothes in the wash that I can't put in the dryer so pretty much in the same predicament I was before they came out, can't do laundry in the home. Almost 3 weeks later after he canceled on me four times to fix the dryer so I waited another 7 days. Today was supposed to come in early morning, then mid-morning, then early afternoon, then mid afternoon and he arrived damn near 5:00. Came in and ripped up my hardwood so now somebody has to come in and fix that, he left the dryer half out half in, and it wobbles now. Never wobble before but now it wobbles, he said one of the legs broke, but it wasn't broken before he got there you would think he would try to fix it, but just walked out the door like he was good. I contacted the CEO's Office of the Home warranty and they are handling it. That's the only reason he came out today is because the CEO's office called Sears and said they would take care of getting someone to meet today otherwise he would have kept canceling. Would NOT EVER recommend Sears for anything. Horrible service and unable to speak with anyone but AI.

Initial window of 8am - 5pm arrival. Then technician proceeded to be rude and combative when trying to coordinate an actual arrival time. I was told 4-5pm in the app and then he says 2-3pm arrival. 0 stars would be more appropriate. Avoid at all costs

Set up an appointment with Sears Home Services. I received a confirmation for my appointment between 8am-5pm (seriously). Received a text the day of at 7am confirming my appointment. Took a vacation day for this appointment and at 5:30pm I received a text canceling my appointment. Unacceptable, I’m sure they knew they weren’t going to make the appointment sooner than that. I will never use Sears again! Wasted a vacation day for this. No wonder all Sears closed with this type of customer service.

It's now August 1st. We made our first repair appointment in March. Sears has been out four times and has had an appointment with us every 2 weeks since March. They have canceled and rescheduled every appointment but 4 of them. In these 4 apts, nothing was fixed, just guessed on. Parts were ordered and replaced, and nothing worked to fix the non-ending beep our refrigerator does. Yesterday was our 4th apt they showed for, and the parts did not fit, so they were left behind. The ticket that was created has been closed out, and I am left with parts in my house and no one to answer my questions. The service tech left behind items and walked out, saying he didn't know what to do. Starting our 6th month of beeping.

Very nice guy, but just says we don't do installations. When i asked if that wasn't his job, he complained that he would have to pull the dishwasher out. (This is referring ti his first visit on Friday for my dishwasher) Me-"Isn't that your job?" So onto the dryer-I said that I think that a piece of venting on the back wasn't right--and I got the "we don't do that "response. I called CS at Cinch, and he grabbed his stuff and left. Besides that, a tech from LG was booked to come out not Sears?
