May 14 I had a tech order my part for my washer...It was A n E Repair ...they kp rescheduling me...I wrote the check out to Sears.Are you or are you not affiliated with this service..HELP!..totally frustrated!..I need my washer

Never showed up for the appointment. When rescheduling they said i would be a priority the nexy day and once again nothing. Totally unreliable with offshore staff handling appointments

Scheduled Apt for today - confirmed - 8am to 5pm arrival window. I stayed home all day waiting and no one showed up or called. Tried calling and got an ai automated phone system that couldn’t help. Very unprofessional. Frustrating.

The technician was nice and said he fixed the problem. However the issue was not fixed.
