Corry was wonderful. He explained what the repair cost would be and said it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer instead of doing a repair. He disconnected the dryer so that it is ready to be removed when the new dryer is installed.

Corry G, the technician, was great. He explained everything and gave me an estimate. The estimate was insanely overpriced and was, essentially, the purchase price of a brand new washing machine. None of that is Corry G’s fault. Sears wants their techs to sell overpriced services which amounts to price gouging. Avoid at all costs!
