He was very nice and knowledgeable however for an oven that’s only 3 years old and was bought new the little part that went bad was $400 This was my first and will be my last Sears purchase. I will be getting another new stove. The new one will not be a sears product. I had to pay $129 to find out that it was what I thought it was. SUCKS KIMBERLY/MARY

James was great. Your computerized scheduling sucks! We were scheduled for a Tuesday to install a part for a washer between 8-5. Part was delivered following a scheduled assessment the previous Friday. Waited all day. At 530, received a computer generated message that he couldn’t make it. Wasted an entire day. Rescheduled for Friday between 8-5. Sat around all day waiting with a computer generated message that said he would be here between 1030 and 1130. My wife, who had been without a washer for 2 weeks, called the store where the washer and warranty were purchased. Got the run around for a while prior to getting a phone number for Sears Service. After calling, received a computer generated message that the tech would be here between 530 and 630. Another day wasted sitting around waiting. Finally service arrived. Your system should allow for the people being cancelled out (due to causes not of their own creation) be given priority the next day, not go to the back of the line on an available date in the future. Two wasted days that we’ll never get back!
