James arrived on time and was able to fix my ice maker within 30 minutes. He also let us know how to fix it in the future should the issue happen again. The only negative is Sears advertisement of waiving the diagnostic fee if we proceed with the repair. We were still charged that fee. This is false advertisement on Sears, so be aware of that issue.

5 stars for David and Cory, but no stars for value for the money. Oven worked when they turned it on, so no work was done. David and trainee Cory advised for future when oven fully breaks down. That was helpful. But would a phone call have saved them time and me money? They told me that parts are no longer available for this model. That conversation could have happened on the phone. I understand that I agreed to $139 just to get someone to come; but they literally did nothing but turn the oven on (and of course it worked fine for them) and look at something in the drawer. Would have loved a discount for not having to do anything. Sidenote gir technicians: please wipe your feet when you come in from snow dusted stairs, or ask about taking off shoes. (Neither of these happened. )

The technician was fine. Showed up did his job and was clean about it however the company is a massive joke. Changed days on us after we took off work didn’t let us know anything until half way through the day. We are out a lot of money for the repair that should have been free with no correspondence from the company on how they are going to correct the situation short of fixing a broken unit

$299.00. For 20 minutes work is ridiculous and one of most greedy charges I have ever heard of. To simply replace a simple part for the spin cycle. Then charge $129.00 service charge. Don't use it is a total rip off.
